I was referred to Dr. Losee as my dentist 10 years ago. I had a great experience from that very first visit. Everyone that works with Dr. Losee is exceptional! I have always been taken care of and never had to wait. I LOVE the reminders and efficiency that I receive. I am always greeted by name when I walk in. I moved away for a few years and that is when I noticed even more how lucky I was to have Thanksgiving Point Dental! I just brought my son in for his first dental visit. He is 3 and hates to brush his teeth and did not want to go. As I expected, the staff just made him feel so special He LOVED it and asked me if he could go back! I live in Orem and I am sure I pass hundreds of dentist offices on my way to Thanksgiving Point Dental but I will never change my dentist. :) ~ Vanice J
I have serious trauma from dentists but felt totally comfortable with them. I just moved to the area and after skipping cleanings for about 3 years I was so afraid for my visit. My worst fear is having dentists overprescribe and interpret X-rays as showing cavities when fillings aren’t actually needed. The staff was very understanding of my traumas, they explained anything they saw clearly, and I felt no pressure to get unnecessary work done. They commented that my silver fillings might become loose in the future but said, “If it aight broke, don’t fix it.” I’ve had dentists in the past pressure me into preventative work that only caused more issues and I felt none of that pressure today. I think they’ve earned a new repeat customer. Also the tv on the ceiling was a fun surprise. ~ Jacob H
I love these guys. All of them are great. They are all super nice and very professional. I have thought of moving to a different dentist closer to my home several times but i just cant do it. The only warning I will give to all is once you go in, it will be hard to find a different dentist and group of staff that would treat you as well as they do. I also love they are upfront with all the procedures and will give you all possible options. They never pushed me to do the most expensive procedure unlike the other dentist i had in the past. They have explained all possible risk when i decided not to choose what their best recommendation and respected my decision. No pressure. I always walk out of there feeling great even in the times when my whole mouth so numb ~ Junell H
